    Also, he sounds unapologetic and seems it is ok if I have a booking, drop the car to them taking leave from work (10km from my house- back home by bus), and asked to take back the car in the midday.

    Charged me $25 for a very standard car key - only found out after it took the guy less than a minute to complete. Most other places quote $10. Absolute rip off merchants. Avoid at all costs.

    The most bad mannered person I have met extremely rude and chip on shoulder as big as traffic flowing on the road in front of his business I would not even give one star.

    Unbelievable bad service. I got a quote 2 weeks ago from them to fix my car door lock from person-1. I went to their shop on 1st Nov 2016 and got booking from person-2 for 2nd Nov at 11. As per booking, I drop the car at 10 am to person-1. At 12.30pm person-1 called me and asked me to bring back my car. He has no time to fix it. When I went to pick the car, person-1 said that person-2 should not take the booking as they were busy. Then why he has received the car by himself?
